Q. Can I use FrontPage or Dreamweaver to modify your template?
A. Customers ask this question mostly while placing the order for the flash template. No, you can't use FrontPage or Dreamweaver to modify the flash files, becuase it was created in Flash.

Q. What can be edited?
A. You can edit almost all the design elements within the template by yourself. To do that, you should have the good knowledge of the required software. If you have some concerns, please contact our support team before the purchase.

Q. How long will it take to get the product once the order is placed?
A. Usually it takes 20-30 minutes to verify the order. But the product delivery can be delayed due to manual antifraud check for 1-2 hours as well as it can be delayed for longer term (around 24 hours) for more detailed verification.

Q. What is the difference between the regular price and unique.
A. Once you purchase the template at unique price, the template is removed from the web site and it is no longer available for sale.

Q. Is there a money back guarantee?
A. No. The reason is that computer files can not be returned as regular goods do. If any files is damaged, you will be provided with new ones that work. For obtaining more information please read our Refund and Return Policy

Q. Which cases can the rufund be issued?
A. The refund can be issued if:
- the template was not delivered in time;
- it was damaged, and we can't provide you with the completely working files;
- it was not as described on our web site: a request based on this reason is satisfied on a case by case basis in agreement of both parties concerned.

After unzipping the file, you will get the same file list you can see on the preview page of each template.

Q: What is the FLA file?
A: FLA file (that with a .fla extension) is the source, or editable version of the flash template. From here you can modify your template and produce FLA files for presentation via the web. With the FLA file, you can export the SWF files.

Q: What is a SWF file?
A: SWF file (that with a swf extension) is a compiled, viewable only, flash file. You would use this format by way of means of presenting through the web. By placing the .swf files and .html files in the root directory of your server, it will become your website!

Q: What kind of modifications can I do to the templates?
A: You can add content, incorporate your logo(s), add/delete a section, add/delete pictures, add/delete music to them as long as you are familiar with Flash Software. While most of the parts are relatively easy, adding a section would be a bit more complex and time consuming for beginners. However, our company can customize it for you professionally.

Q: I get "unexpected file format" when I try to open a template, why?
A: This is because you are using the older version of Flash. Please go to the preview page of the purchased template and check the required software list.

Miscellaneous Q: I want to produce an .exe file from my Flash Template, how do I do it?
A: 1. File/Publish Settings
